Have to Keep Resetting Things

Hi. Since upgrading to 1P8 (which I love), I must keep resetting certain things...namely, I have to keep choosing a specific vault in both the menubar and Safari (it keeps going back to all vaults). ...

Thank you for clarifying. If you've turned off certain vaults from the settings page of the 1Password browser extension then you shouldn't see items from those vaults in your suggestions even if the entire account is selected in the extension's pop-up window.

Can you try the following test:

  1. Create an item called "SupportTest" in one of the vaults that you turned off in 1Password in the browser, such as "DONTUSE".
  2. In your browser click on the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar and search for "SupportTest".

Do you see the item? If you do then can you please post a screenshot of what you see, make sure that nothing sensitive is shown in the screenshot.

I would like to have all my passwords and credit card numbers revealed w/o having to hit Reveal every time. Even when I have it checked in Settings, I still have to do it.

It looks like you posted a screenshot of the desktop app's settings. Are you trying to reveal passwords in the desktop app or the browser extension? Those settings will only affect the desktop app.
