I'm sorry that the steps didn't help. We've received another report of difficulties with passkeys on a Vivo device and it may be that this manufacturer is doing something different with their implementation of Android's Credential Manager API. So that the team can investigate this further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:
