I got a white screen with my 1password app with windows 10

I cant open my 1password app in windows 10. The application starts but i is just a white screen with no possibility to do anything.

    Downloaded the latest beta 1Password for Windows 8.7.0 80700012 and all is working again.

    My 1password desktop on Windows 10 has stopped working as well only showing a white square on trying to start. Worked alright until a week or so ago! I've uninstalled and re-installed a number of times but no luck (the browser extension works perfectly.

    I have many strange voices and pitches in my head and that is one of them. I also hear the sound of ICQ when i get a teams message!

    (Also, isn't it strange how, for those who remember the "You've Got Mail" voice, you can still hear it in the exact same pitch and sonority whenever someone writes it? Is that just me?)

    Hi folks! I'm very sorry to learn of this issue you've encountered. Our team is here to help set this right for you - here's how we can get started.

    Since you aren't able to send us diagnostics from the 1Password app (I assume, since it sounds like you're getting a white screen where normal interaction isn't possible), we'll ask you to send us some logs from your system instead. This can give us some insight into what the 1Password app is doing when the problem occurs, and is often helpful for speeding up your time to resolution.

    Here's how to get us that info 👇

    I'll ask you to do the following:

    1. In your version of Windows, open the Windows Search screen (your path there will differ a bit depending on whether you have Windows 10 or Windows 11, but if you're not sure how to do this let me know and I'll be happy to help.)

    2. Copy and paste this into the Windows search bar: %localappdata%\1Password\logs. Then press Enter.

    3. Select everything in this folder, and then right-click and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. If you're on Windows 11, you'll need to select show more options, and then send to.

    With that, you'll have a tidy little zip file containing all the logs you see. 🙂

    Then, send us an email at support+windows@1Password.com, and attach those zipped logs to your email. We'll go through the data and get back to you with either a few more questions or a solution for the issue. I hope this provides a helpful start!

    have the same issue (on windows 11) . uninstall & reinstall doesnt help. neither does rebooting. Annoying.
