Because you're already signed in on your Mac, you can turn off two-factor authentication for your 1Password account and set it up again. You're quite right that you won't be able to access 1Password.com to adjust your settings without the one-time password. Here's what to do:
On your Mac:
1. Open and unlock 1Password.
2. Click the 🔽 down arrow on the account and collection chooser in the top-left corner.
3. Choose Manage Accounts...
4. Next to your account, click the â‹® three-dot menu and click "Turn off two-factor authentication...", then the red Turn Off button.
5. Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account.
You'll be able to set up two-factor authentication for your 1Password account using Google Authenticator from there. Let me know how that goes. :)
