New Mac, which version to keep?
I recently replaced an old Mac with a new M4 Mini running OS 15.3.1. In migrating to the new machine I discovered I have 1P, 1P7, 1P8, and 1P for Safari all installed (plus an 1P app.zip file). I have no idea which one I've been using, but I vaguely recall having trouble long ago trying to move from one of them to what I probably assumed was an "upgrade" from whichever I was using at the time. What are the differences between them? Which should I keep? Is there a certain way to delete the others so I don't end up with some kind of disaster where I am unable to open my PW-protected sites and accounts? Thanks!

Typically, 1Password 8 is named 1Password. Did you previously use 1Password 6? If so, you may see the same naming convention for it.
1Password for Safari is used alongside 1Password (8). You should have both if you use the Safari browser.
The easiest way is to drag the application to the trash from the Finder window. If it refuses to go then it's open and running which indicates you're likely using it. If for some reason you move a copy you use you can replace the application with a fresh download.
Be sure NOT to use a app cleaner. Drag the application to the trash.
