There isn't a way to share a vault in your 1Password individual account with another person since individual accounts are designed for just one person to use.
You can upgrade to 1Password Families, invite your relative as a family member, and share the vault with them: Change your 1Password account type

Upgrading to a Families account is going to be overkill for me just for this function alone.
