Safari extension logging out and won't log back in

I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble with 1Password for Safari. In order to best assist you, can you reproduce the behaviour you've described, and send us some diagnostics, so that we can take a closer look:
- How to send a 1Password diagnostics report - 1Password for Mac (desktop app)
- Save a console log for 1Password in your Safari browser
