Safari Extension not functioning

Mac is up to date. I removed and reloaded 1Password and extension. I've successfully logged into the 1Password App. when in Safari, I have the 1Password icon to the left of the searc...

7 months agoIt sounds like you're describing what occurs during an update of 1Password or an update of 1Password in the browser. During an update, the communication between the browser extensions and the app is severed by macOS. The following steps will restart that connection. Try the following and let us know if it helps.
- Fully quit 1Password.
- Fully quit your browser.
- Empty the trash to ensure that no previous copies of 1Password in the browser are present.
- Wait a few seconds and then open 1Password and unlock.
- Wait a few seconds and then open your browser.
- Check for proper operation.
