Safari extension not reliably unlocking
For more than four weeks now I have problems with the Safari extension not unlocking reliably. I have not been able to accurately narrow the circumstances down but it seems like the issues increased ...

2 years agoI'm sorry that you're running into reoccurring issues with unlocking 1Password in Safari on your Mac. The team and I are here to help until everything is working properly again. As a first step can you please update 1Password for Mac to version 8.10.20: How to keep 1Password up to date
Then, I'd like you to do the following:
- Close all open web browsers.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit. Wait until the icon disappears.
- Double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Applications folder.
- Open your web browser.
I understand that you've tried similar steps in the past, if the issue returns again then I'd like to request the following to investigate further:

- A diagnostics report: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
