"Shared" vault not syncing between users

6 hours agoThe most common reason we see in support is the user was not confirmed. They are still in a pending state. So they are basically siloed off from everyone else. Can you or your admin/owner check to ensure everyone has been confirmed. As long as you have invite permissions you should be able to confirm the user.
