"Signs in with" in mac app and extension
I manually add a "Signs in with..." to a login when the Chrome extension fails to prompt me with a save for this info - and honestly I wouldn't expect it to get it right that often, it's hard to code...

Adding a "sign in with..." field to an item requires the main 1Password 8 app (not the 1Password browser extension), which is why you won't be seeing it in 1Password 7 or in the 1Password browser extension as mentioned in your footer.
