Starting not at minimized status

How can I start 1PW minimized if I select within the settings of 1PW that it should start with login? Currently, it starts the notification in the menu bar and...
It's normal for 1Password's icon to appear in the menu bar like this:

This icon I can see and that's OK. It is also necessary for the shortcuts.
Or are you seeing 1Password appear in the Dock (at the bottom of your screen) or seeing the app's main window open after a restart?
Correct. The app's main window appears in the dock and opens as window.
When you restart your Mac do you have "Reopen windows when logging back in" turned off?
It was and is turned off. That was the first I have checked. I have also restarted my Macbook several times from the scratch (this means not just log-off/log-on).
Later I have checked if there is a new setting within 1PW w/r to the main window.
BTW: Macbook Air 15", M*3*, macOS 14.4.1
