I'm sorry to hear that 1Password 8 is crashing on your Mac. I did notice that you're running macOS 12.5 which is a few updates behind, are you able to update to a more recent version of macOS and then try to reproduce the issue again?
If you encounter the same issue even after updating then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com. Please also include the crash report that you mentioned.
