TouchID no longer working for Mac in Chrome or Safari
On my Mac, using Chrome, the option to use TouchID within the browser is no longer available. Everything else works fine. I just have to type my master password each time.

ModeratorI'm sorry that Touch ID still isn't working with 1Password in the browser. If you see the same status message even after unlocking the desktop app then looks like something on your Mac is preventing the desktop app from communicating with the browser extension. So that I can find a solution, I'd like you to send in the following:
- The extension console log: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
- A diagnostics report: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
Attach both files to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:
