No reply from 1password support

I am paid customer. I am having a problem with the login, sent emails to both support and urgent support email last months, but still haven’t heard back from you. Could you please get back tk me re [#KIZ-26192-913]?

Welcome to the forum, @chinglau2000! I'm sorry for the delay in our response. So you know, we answer user emails in the order we receive them, and we've been experiencing a surge of support requests lately. The way our system calculates "newest" is by the most-recent time-stamp on the conversation, and unfortunately, that means if you "reply" to your own message before one of us has a chance to, you're effectively pushing yourself to the back of the queue, not the front. Nevertheless, I'll make sure one of us will be with you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.
