Why did my functionality just change (and seems broken)?

Hi, Everything was fine but I reset my google settings in Google Voice and my 1Password extension was gone. So I re-added it and now it doesn't autofill. Below is the screen shot of the new menu from the extension pop up. Why does it not show the current website saved passwords like before?

    Hi @gkillmaster

    I'm not sure what changing Google Voice settings would have to do with 1Password but we'd be happy to help you get back to a good state. Since reinstalling the extension have you restarted the Mac? If not please do so, and let us know how it turns out.
