How do I get rid of the prompt to add the google chrome extension every time I open the app?

EVERY TIME I open password1 I get a message to install the google chrome ext resulting in addition steps to open the app. How do I get rid of this message? I have the chrome extension. I believe this is caused by the app update I installed today.
