Password filling on Xtra websites

One of the major Belgian grocery stores uses "Xtra" to login across their different websites.

When opening any of these websites, the login page (which is a different URL for all) shows the 1Password icon in the field [E mail] (or the current websites equivalent of the user identification, as the element differs between the different URL's) but clicking it does not fill the information

I'm experiencing the same behaviour in Chrome and Safari

When launching the websites from within 1Password, this does not work either.

The only option is to open the browser and 1Password windows side-by-side and drag or copy the credentials to their respective fields.

List of websites, using the same Xtra credentials, where I'm experiencing this issue:
http://mijnxtra.be
http://colruyt.be
https://www.collectandgo.be/
https://www.dreamland.be/

1Password Version: 1Password 7 Version 7.7.1.BETA-6 (70701006)

OS Version: MacOS Big Sur 11.2

Hi @kennyvl! Can you take a look at your Xtra item in 1Password. Does it only contain a password, or does it have your email address saved as well?

Let me know what you find :)

    Sorry, missed your reply there...
My Xtra items have both my username (email) and password in them.

  • Hello @kennyvl,

Thank you for the confirmation. I tested 1Password on your websites, and it can save and fill without issues for me. Could you please try the steps here to create a new login for http://mijnxtra.be site and see how it works?

    1. Go to your website > Enter your Email > Right-click on the 1Password icon on your browser's toolbar > Select "Save Login" Select "Save login" > Save.

    2. Select "Volgender" > Enter your Password > Right-click on the 1Password icon on your browser's toolbar > Select "Save Login" > Update login.

    3. Refresh the page and try filling in using the new item.

    Best regards.
