I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble migrating to 1Password 7 and I apologize for the delay in responding. Can you completely close 1Password and then re-open it to see if that helps. Follow these steps:
- Open the main 1Password app. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your menubar and then click Quit 1Password Completely.
- Double-click on 1Password 7 in your Mac's Applications folder.
If that doesn't help then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
.With your email please include:
