Prevent 1password 8 from locking on Mac and Safari

I have v8 and have set preferences to never lock, but it still locks sometimes. Also locks in the Safari extension. Is there another setting? My Mac stays on 24/7, and never sleeps. Only screen saver.

    I'm sorry that 1Password 8 is locking more often than you expect it to. Are there any patterns that you notice when 1Password locks? For example, does 1Password 8 lock after closing the main window? After closing the browser?

    Can you also tell me if the following option is enabled:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
    2. Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
    3. Click on Preferences.
    4. Click on General.
    5. Make sure that "Keep 1Password in the menubar" is enabled.

    I've not noticed a pattern - I'll pay closer attention. The General Preferences are set as you suggested.

    Thank you for the reply. The next time that 1Password locks unexpectedly please do the following:

    1. Note the exact time when you noticed that 1Password was locked.
    2. Note any patterns or activities that you were doing right before 1Password locked.
    3. Create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    The report will be in zip format. Please send the entire file.
