Account frozen even though apple subscription is active.

Hello,
this is very frustrating. I also went into the frozen state - but paid a yearly subscription via GooglePlay.
The support told me to unsubscribe on my GooglePlay device and then resubscribe - which I did. But it stays in frozen state.
When I hit re-subscribe within the app - it leads me to place a new payment only.I contacted the support team twice after this and am not receiving a conformation about my incoming message and neither I get any other responds.
I paid a yearly subscription and can't use the app. Awesome!
Hope to hear from the support team anytime soon - or I will need to get a refund and switch to another service.

Got an email yesterday and the issue is solved.
They managed to reconnect my payment with my account.
