Watch complication no longer working
Hi,
after updating the iOS app to 8.10.56, the Apple Watch complication does no longer work. Previously I added an OTP item and this was displayed as expected. Now, I only see 6 dashes (middle left is the 1P complication)
Also I don't know if this is related, but the items on the watch are missing logos

With 8.10.56 (81056022) it kinda got better, i.e. 2FA codes are displayed again, but they tend to stop working, i.e. they are not refreshing.

Hello @Manaburner! 👋
I'm sorry that complications aren't working properly on your Apple Watch. Try the following:
- Remove the 1Password complication from your watch face: Change the watch face on your Apple Watch - Apple Support (CA)
- Open 1Password on your Apple Watch and tap the item that contains your one-time password.
- Scroll down and turn off Use as complication.
- Wait a few moments and then turn on Use as complication.
- On your iPhone, add the 1Password complication back to your watch face.
Does that improve the situation? I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Dave_1P
while trying this, I saw that there were no items in the 1P app on the Apple Watch, although they were added in the 1P iPhone app and I hadn't changed anything.
Only after opening the 1P app on the iPhone, the items were visible again. Maybe this is the reason the watch face isn't working.
Anyways, after the procedure you mentioned, the complication is working again. (Although I have doubts this will be a permanent solution ;) )0 -
I'm glad that the complication is working again. If you do encounter the issue again then let me know and I can investigate further. 🙂

Hi @Dave_1P
the issue is back, i.e. the complication becomes stale and does not refresh codes. The items are still in the 1P watch app at least0 -
I'm sorry that the same issue returned. So that I can investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:
