iCloud and 1password 4.0.9

Just purchased 1 password for ios but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to sync ipassword for mac version 4.0.9 with my iphone. I have tried to follow the tutorials to the letter and I have icloud on and set for docs and data sharing but when in 1 password and I go to preferences>sync, all I see is "syncing with folder" and nothing more. Is there a secret to have the choices of dropbox, icloud and such in this heading?

    Did do a sync with wifi however so at least I have my stuff on the iphone now. I just want iCloud to work.

    The tutorial was missing a step in preferences>sync. The iCloud and other choices did not appear, just a folder. Had to turn that off to expose iCloud and so on.
