Can't use new 1Password App
Ever since the new app installed on my MacBook Pro I have been unable to use 1Password. When I try to open it-- as I have for a long time already-- by using my master password, it goes into a lengthy "sync" and "connecting" sequence which never ends. I turned off energy saver to allow it to continue for a half hour and still it just kept cycling through the "sync" and "connecting" cycle. There was no end in sight. I can't use the app at all now. What can I do?? I am using it on Safari 7.0.1.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with 1Password! The 'Connecting' message makes me think that you might still have the 1Password 3 extension installed in Safari. Please see the instructions here for how to Uninstall 1Password 3 browser extensions. You can then install a shiny new version 4 extension from here: https://agilebits.com/browsers/index.html
