firefox extension upgrade from 1password3 to 1password4

firefox doesn't have a manual way to save login information. So I can't carry out the step on firefox extension3 before upgrading to 4.
I also did not see the way that safari saves manual login information

When upgrading from 1Password 3 to 1Password 4, we're not so much concerned with the browser itself storing information, but with some of your password data being saved to the 1Password extension without being properly saved into the main app. Our knowledgebase article here Uninstall 1Password 3 browser extensions will give you instructions on how to safely uninstall your version 3 extensions without risking any data loss.
