Failure to save ID and PW

I have tried multiple times to keep my USAA login and PW. The script comes up asking if I wish to save and I click Save, yet the site is not saved. There are so many new issues arriving with each new update that I wonder if I can return to the old 1Password? This app is now more trouble that its worth. Harry Zemel

    Hi @zharry‌

    Sorry to hear you are having problems!

    Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Navigate to the web page in question using your web browser of choice.
    2. Enter your username, password, and any other required fields if applicable (security code, PIN, etc), but DO NOT submit the form.
    3. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the vault button in the upper right hand corner.
    4. Click the “Save new login” option, and then change the title (if desired).
    5. Click the Save button.

    Its the AutoSave that does not work. H. Zemel

    I do understand that concern. Are you able to save the login manually? Unfortunately not all pages will be able to be saved with autosave.
