Hey!
I wanted to post this in one of the other topics regarding the commerzbank login but they are all closed. The last response is from september 2011 which is quite a long time ago and it seems as if the problem still exists - despite several promises to look into it (which you may have done but didn't communicate, I don't know).
So, what is the status quo? Are you still aware of this? Is there a workaround which doesn't involve using a direct link to one of the P-Portal sites (like https://www.commerzbanking.de/P-Portal1/XML/ifilportal/pgf.html)...
Thanks a lot,
Philipp

Hi Philipp
Is there a problem with using the URL you posted? I just tested saving a login for https://www.commerzbanking.de/P-Portal1/XML/ifilportal/pgf.html and had no difficulty getting 1Password to fill that back in.
Please let me know. Thanks!
Ben
Hey Ben,
yes, it is only one of a few sites you are forwarded to (probably depending on traffic or availability) when using the commerzbanking website. There's a lot of them and the URL is changed to "P-Portal2", "P-Portal3", "P-Portal4", etc.
So, if I use the direct link, I might not be able to use the site and have to manually insert the login data on the main site.
Hi @Philipp Dollinger,
Is this or a similar page one that you're having trouble with 1Password filling on?
https://www.commerzbanking.de/P-Portal1/XML/ifilportal/pgf.html?tab=3
And is it the PIN field that's not being filled?
Please try filling twice using the same Login item and let us know if that works for you. Thanks!
Hey sjk,
that's the kind of page not working, yes.
Filling out the form twice does the job, though. Thanks! :)
Thanks for the feedback, Philipp. Clarifying what and where that filling bug helps us get it squashed sooner. :)
Sure, no problem! :)
Just to inform you guys: Commerzbank redesigned their website commerzbank.de that lets you login from the mainsite. The old design is still available, though - don't know for how long.
Using 1Password on the new site is working fine.
Hi Philipp,
Thanks for the followup about the site design. In testing here a single fill does handle both these fields on the main commerzbank.de page:
Nice. :)
Should we consider this issue to be resolved now?
