Why will no one respond to my email about 1Password 3?

I've purchased the bundle, and now cannot find a single phone number anywhere, nor get a response via email. I was told to just "email back" and I would get an access key for version 3.. is anyone there?

    I do apologize for the delay in responding to your email about the 1Password 3 license key. Someone will be following up with you shortly to get this resolved.

    1Password will run unlimited for 30 days without being licensed so you do still have full access to your 1Password data during that time. :)
