AG Database Error
Good Morning and thanks for any help.
I went to update my credit card info in 1Password and I received the following error message:
"AGDatabaseError
Exception: Failed to save the object [Credit Card/FE2F32 (ETC...)]: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=513 UserInfo=0x119e2ca10BLAHBLAH "You don’t have permission to save the file “FE2F32 (ETC....)1password” in the folder “default”." Underlying Error=(Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=13 "The operation couldn’t be completed. Permission denied")"
Naturally I didn't list the entire filename/user info here, but I should have all permissions since I'm the only person with access to this computer.
Can anyone explain to me how to fix this?
Thanks,
Moe

Hi @biomoe,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble saving things in 1Password right now. It does sound like something is messed up with your permissions on the computer, but don't worry, we can get that fixed fairly easily.
To repair permissions we've written a small script to facilitate the process. You can download it from here:
http://i.agilebits.com/kyle/tools/reset_folder_permissions.zip
Once the download completes, please unzip the file if it is not done so automatically by your web browser (double click the .zip file). Once it is unzipped all you need to do is double click the "reset_folder_permissions" file and a Terminal window will open.
Inside the terminal window it will ask you for your Mac OS User Account password. Please note that when you type your password it will not appear as though it is being typed. This is normal. Just carefully type your password and press the enter key.
Please copy and paste the entire output of the window and save it. We'll need to see this if there are any errors. If you don't wish to post the Terminal output in the forums, you can always send us an email at support+forum@ agilebits .com. Simply include a link to this discussion in your email so that we can connect the dots when we receive the message :)
