Wi-Fi Syncing issue: Can not connect [moved to email]
Hi,
I'm having some issues with WiFi syncing. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've tried rebooting my Mac, my iPad and my router, changing the settings in my router (setting RIP_1) but still it does only works sporadically. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Note: I'm also having the same issue with Printopia by ecamm (http://www.ecamm.com/mac/printopia/) which also uses Bonjour.
Mac: OS X 10.9.2, v. 4.1.2.
iPad: iOS 7.1, v. 4.3.2.

Hi @nairdap,
I'm sorry Wi-Fi syncing has been hit or miss for you. We're still working on improving reliability with the current Wi-Fi sync system. In some cases Bonjour appears responsible for intermittent connectivity, which it might be for you because of a similar symptom with Printopia usage. And sometimes Wi-Fi syncing refuses to work without fully disabling the OS X Firewall.
If you'd like more help tracking down where Wi-Fi sync is going wonky, please send us a Diagnostics Report from the Mac where you're using it, along with a link to this topic, to support+forum@agilebits.com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!
