Multiple instances of 1Password software installed [moved to email]
I've just noticed I have 1password and 1password 4 both in my applications folder. Both seem to work OK and are syncing with other computers and devices (and each other). I really just want to keep 1 password 4 but is it safe to delete the other? I often use the 1password mini icon to launch the program or sometimes Spotlight so I'm never quite sure which one is launching or if it even matters. Any suggestions anyone for the safest way to proceed? I'm using an iMac with Mavericks.

Hi @richardlockton,
I'd like to take a bit of a closer look at your system before I give you a definitive answer on that. If the icon for '1Password' is a blue circle with a key, then you're looking at 1Password 3, and you're likely fine to move it to the trash. If however you have both '1Password' (version 4 from the Mac App Store) and '1Password 4' (from the AgileBits website), which will both have the round lock icon, we'll want to make sure that we remove the right one and that you're not left with a rogue 1Password Mini causing confusion.
Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
