Messed up my install

I created a mess! I initially downloaded 1P4 from the agile bits website and played around enough to know I wanted to buy it, but decided I wanted to use iCloud. I deleted the app and downloaded the same version from Apple’s store. Now when I open the app, my practice data is there, even though I deleted the original download, and I have two menu icons in the menu bar. How do I get a “fresh start?"
