I can't Log into 1Password

I downloaded the app from the apple store. Followed the setup screens, set a master password, and then subsequently changed it. now I can't log in what do i do to gain access?

    1. Have you tried using both the new and old master passwords to log in...just in case..?
    2. Did your second master password use any accented characters? If so try typing that password without accents on the characters and see if that works.
    3. If you have no important data in 1P4 yet you can start over. There's a knowledge base article telling you how here.

    If none of that helps please post back!

    Stephen, thank you for your response. I know you guys are very busy at the moment. I followed the start over instructions and have created a new vault, much appreciated.
