Hello,

I am new here and as 1Password user. I've being trying to import my exported passwords from Firefox (.csv) to 1Password with no success.
I tried some suggestions I found here in this forum but with no result.

I'm a MacOSX 10.9.2 user with 1Password Version 4.2.2 (422001) and Firefox 28.0.

Any suggestion on how to import my firefox passwords here?

Regards.

I wonder if going via another application would work, if direct approached don't.

Long log ago I used Web Confidential (which has recently been updated), and I am fairly sure I imported passwords from it to 1PW. And also I imported passwords to Web Confidential from Firefox.

Alternatively, don't bother doing an import. Just let Firefox each time enter username and password but not submit, and ask 1PW to save the data.

Please forgive me if you've already seen this, but this is probably the best recent, comprehensive summary of problems, and possible solutions, when importing .csv files into 1P4. If you've tried all the relevant things there it might be helpful to explain a little more fully how and where the procedure collapses for you! :)

Sorry this is not more immediately helpful.

    Thanks Danko and Stephen,

Sadly I have +1000 passwords on my Firefox. Yes, probably I should clean up the passwords before importing to reduce a bit the list.
I tried to install Web Confidential and Wallet to use them to export and then import to 1Password but didn't work.

Stephen: I followed the guidelines provided on your link and problem solved... the only difference is that I cleaned up the headers that the CSV file created with Firefox Addon Password Exporter added and voila! worked!!!

Thanks to both for your help!
