Logins from Safari extension won't show in Mac/iPhone app

Hi guys,

I bought 1psw today and I have a problem - I added some passwords with my Safari extension, but they don't show up in Mac and iPhone app since I turned on iCloud syncing. First three passwords I created are displayed in both: Safari extension and The Rest (1password, 1password mini, 1password for iPhone), but since I turned on iCloud syncing new passwords shows up only in the extension.

I triend to reset app, reinstall extension, nothing helps.

    I have like two "instances" of 1psw, I even have two icons of 1password mini on system menubar. They both have different lists of passwords. One is the same as in the browser, one is the same as in the app.

    I tried to uninstall everything with CleanMyMac and it won't help.

    You have, or have had, two versions of 1P4 on your machine and have not correctly removed one of them. Depending where you bought 1P4 (Mac app store or AgileBits store) look here:

    Migrating from the beta to the Mac app store version (this will help you remove an AgileBits store version if you want to keep the Mac app store version)

    Migrating from the Mac app store version to the AgileBits store version (helps you if you want to go the other way, and keep the AgileBits store version)

    Starting over

    Generally, it's a very bad idea to use any app cleaner when deleting 1P because it may well sweep up all your data and neatly dispose of it.
