Wi-fi sync from Mac to iPhone inconsistent

Wi-fi syncing between my Mac (OSXv10.8.5/1Pv4.3) and iPhone (iOSv7.0.4/1Pv4.5) is very inconsistent. This is not new, as I was having the same inconsistencies on earlier versions of 1P. The issue I am mainly seeing is the computer I am attempting to sync to is not consistently appearing in the 1Password iOS app, even when I refresh the list. I have been searching the forums and followed the guides such as the Wi-Fi Sync Troubleshooting Guide (which needs to be updated) but I cannot get it to work consistently.

Any suggestions?

    I am sorry to hear about the trouble with 1Password! Lets figure out whats going on.

    Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Hi @Meek,
    I just sent the email with my diagnostic report. Note that I sent it to both support+forum@agilebits.com, as you requested above, as well as support@agilebits.com, which the diagnostic report automatically populated my email To field with.
