Smart Folder not updating

I created a smart folder several days ago with the criteria
Search All Items
Notes contain "Heartbleed - Changed password"
I had six items show up in the smart folder.

However I now have 14 items which meet this criteria. Only the original six show up in the smart folder.
I edited the smart folder yet I can only get the original six items to show up in it.

I am running OSX 10.9.2 and iPassword 4.4.

    Hi @Robert_Vaughan,

When you originally created the smart folder, did it contain six items with "Heartbleed - Changed password" text already in their notes fields? And no items you've added that notes text to since then are appearing in the smart folder? If you create a new smart folder with the same search criteria as the original one does it contain all (14?) items with that notes text?

Thanks in advance for the additional information!

I just found many of the items contained the phrase "Heartbleed - Changed passwork" instead of "Heartbleed - Changed password".
Now the smart folder is working properly.

Thank you for your prompt response.
I love 1Password and recommend it to everyone.
The new Watchtower makes it very easy to know which passwords need updating. Previously I'd been referring to several lists on the internet and a Firefox extension to find the websites where I needed to update my passwords. Thanks for making this much easier.

    Hi @Robert_Vaughan,

We sure appreciate your kind words and love for 1Password -- thanks!

Glad you spotted and fixed that notes text typo. Taking a step back from typos often makes them unavoidably noticeable later. :)

As an alternative to the text phrase, have you considered adding a Heartbleed-type tag that identifies those items and updating your smart folder search criteria to match them?
