1P4 upgrade bundle for Mac + PC?

I have 1Password 3 (that I purchased before 2013) on both my MacBook and my Windows 8 PC. On the upgrade page, there is a "1Password Mac + Windows Bundle" (discounted) upgrade for $34.99 and a "1Password 4 for Mac" (discounted) upgrade for $24.99.

Q: Is 1Password 4 available for Windows 8, and should I purchase the bundle?

    1Password 4 for Windows is not yet available, but it has been in beta testing for a while now, and it's looking really great! If you purchase the bundle upgrade, it includes a free upgrade to 1Password 4 for Windows when it is made available.
