1Password 4 Won't Startup [resolved by reinstalling 1Password application]

I just got back from a vacation and there were some updates pending to 1Password which I went ahead and performed. Now with no other changes that I know of, the program won't startup. Each time I start the program I get a dialogue box with an error message (see attached). I have restarted the computer several times with no change. Any ideas? Thx!
