Previous passwords option gone

Today I went to use the previous passwords function when I accidentally changed a password and the button has vanished. Any ideas??

    I'm assuming you're referring to the show previously used passwords field in the main app. Is that correct?

    If you generated the password that you accidentally changed you might find it in the Passwords category in the left pane.

    If none of this helps it might be useful if you can describe exactly what you did and, at the same time, confirm the version numbers of 1P4 and OS X that you're using.

    Hi @whistlerdan,

    Was your accidental password change made to a Password item?

    There's currently a known bug with the show previously used passwords button not appearing in a Password items when its password changes:

    But it will show up after converted to a Login item using Convert to Login:

    I hope that explains what happened and the workaround can help you recover any previous password(s).
