Problem with iCloud sync
Aurgh! It seems like every time I log out, 1P4 looses it's ability to sync with iCloud. I've been given a solution to rectify the problem, but it keeps happening.
I sync with my iPhone via iCloud, and have to disable sync on the phone, change the sync method on the desktop, log out, log back in, re-conect desktop to iCloud, then turn iCloud sync back on on the phone. This has been happening for several weeks, but it's getting really annoying. :(
anyone have a REAL solution to fix the problem, rather than the symptom?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. We'll need to take a closer look at your system here to determine where things are getting tangled up.
I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
