Auto-submit stopped working at usaa.com [resolving by manually saving new Login item]
Well, partially. The username submits but not the password. The password field stays blank.

Have you tried re-creating and saving the login manually? That knowledge base article includes the following:
Saving a new Login like this can be useful for Logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. It allows 1Password to refresh everything it “knows” about the page. Login pages can change as websites are updated, and this can be a very helpful tip in those cases.
That's why I thought that doing that might help you.

I just tested my account on my iPad using 1Browser, and it logged in normally for me. I realize this isn't a test with a Mac, but I can't get to one at the moment.
