Hi @crahol,

It sounds like the 1Password extension for Safari might have been disabled after you updated to 10.9.5 (and Safari 7.1). This posting has more information about that and what you can do:

And if you're running Sophos, make sure it's still configured to allow local connections:

OS X updates have been known to silently clobber its configuration.
