User ID not entered along with password

On some logins, 1Password doesn't enter my User ID, only the password. I have to manually enter it. On other logins 1Password enters my User ID along with the password.

The usual solution to that sort of problem is to re-create and save the problem login manually. The linked page includes the following:

Saving a new Login manually can be helpful for fixing Logins that are problematic or that were once working but have since stopped. It allows 1Password to refresh everything it “knows” about the page and start from a clean slate.

That's why the procedure will probably help you.

I'm having the same problem, but I have manually created the login entry. I think it may be a website incompatibility, but my 1Password Mini will not give me the option of reporting the website issue.

So do you think you can help me? Here are the details of the site and the login...

Click on “My Pension Payroll”

Hit the 1Password hotkey and it only fills in the password. The only thing of note is that the login ID is a social security number, but I added an alpha character to it and it still failed to fill the field.

Can you figure out how to make this work?

I just created (manually saved) a dummy test Login in 1Password on the website you sent me and I noticed that both the Login ID and the Password fields are concealed. So it seems that it's peculiar website. I strongly suspect that the website changed since you saved your Login in 1Password.

Can you please try to manually re-save your login and let us know if this helps?
