@dynamitemarketing I have deleted your duplicate posts. Please confirm that you are talking about 1P5 for Mac and not 1P5 for iOS.

Is the issue you're posting here different from the last point of that support ticket? I ask because conflicting advice from two separate and independent sources may end up making the situation worse. Once we know and can keep the support limited to one place we can work on getting you up and running again.
If it's a different issue we may need some more details. Once you reply back we can take this forward.

1P5 for Mac.
No it happened at the last point of that support ticket but I'm guessing support ticket are no longer being severed because there has been no response. When I click the 1P icon in safari it pops a new window and goes here https://agilebits.com/browsers/welcome.html
The redirects here onepassword4-extension://activate/Safari
Safari has a wig out and can't open the page
Then the safari pop comes. There is no application set to open the URL onepassword4-extension://activate/Safari.
Search the App Store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer. Thanks Guys.

The last message in that ticket stated you couldn't open 1Password 5 and received the error message You can't open the application "1Password 5.app" because it may be damaged or incomplete. Assuming this is still true then I don't think it is unreasonable to believe your issues with the extension are related. The extension requires 1Password mini to be running and if it can't the extension can't work.
Assuming that error message is still valid I would suggest the following:
- Drag the 1Password 5 program from Applications to your Trash.
- Reboot your Mac.
- Download a fresh copy of 1Password 5 from https://agilebits.com/downloads
- Install into your Applications folder.
If you do that does 1Password run instead of returning that error message? If it runs where do we stand with your issues regarding the extension?

Worked like a charm. Thanks. For some reason installs must have been failing
