    Hi @Julian89‌

1Password will only sync with iCloud or Dropbox if you choose that sync method. So as long as you aren't syncing to either (verifiable if you go into 1Password's preferences and over to the Sync tab) then we don't transmit any data there.

    Ok please:

How do i make sure on both mac and iphone that none of my logins and passwords are saved on dropbox or iclound?

And how do i delete existing data out of icloud and dropbox? I am pretty sure that a while ago, i involuntarily saved 1Password data into icloud or dropox.

How do i delete all my 1Password data from the internet and how do i prevent that 1P data will be stored in the internet?

    Hi @Julian89,

To check if sync is currently enabled:

    • On Mac, open 1Password and go to 1Password > Preferences > Sync.

    • On iOS, open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync.

To check for existing data in iCloud or Dropbox:

    • For iCloud, go to System Preferences > iCloud > Manage and see if 1Password (or onepassword) is listed there.

      • If you find 1Password there, you can click Delete Documents and Data to remove it (be sure your data is saved locally first).
    • For Dropbox, check for any .agilekeychain packages in your Dropbox folder.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We're always happy to help!

On Mac i can still see the options "Dropbox" and "iCLoud" and "Folder" for sync. I always choose WiFi for sync.

On iOS i can choose from "dropbox" and "icloud" and also WiFi.

There is no existing data in eithe icloud or dropbox.

Im just being a little paranoid. But maybe for the best.

@Julian89‌ It sounds as if you've confirmed there is no trace of 1Password's possible sync data on either cloud service. As long as you don't go through the steps of syncing to either it will remain that way.

If you have any further questions or issues you know where we are
