Problems since upgrading
Upgraded from 1.3 to 1.5.0.2 flawless on MacAir but on my iMac running Yosemite having issues. Uninstalled entirely twice and reinstalled twice with no resolution. The browser extension says "no vault", Password mini doesnt show up at all. When i go into preferences to make sure its the same as MacAir its syncing with drop box - when I look at iMac that syncing box is grayed out and says "Please unlock 1Password to change sync preferences" but the main app is open and unlocked as far as I can tell. This is a major issue as now I can't access any passwords on my primary computer?!? Please help urgently!

Hi @fetchfelix
Can I ask, is there anything on your iMac that isn't also on your MacBook Air?
I'm tempted to have you go through the process of starting over completely on your iMac but that's only viable if you know that your MacBook Air holds a complete copy of your vault. Let us know if that's a correct assessment of your situation and we can continue down that avenue otherwise we'll have to explore the situation a little more.

There's probably a lot of things on the iMac that aren't on the Air, its a much older computer. Like what in particular? And what do you mean by starting over? On the iMac I uninstalled 1 Password entirely as best I could tell, made sure the OS & Safari are latest versions and they are the same on both computers. Then I downloaded and installed from the same email as the one on the Mac

Hi @fetchfelix,
We're wondering if you have any data stored in 1Password on your iMac that is not in 1Password on your MacBook Air. If all your 1Password data is present on your MacBook Air, you can erase all the components of 1Password from your iMac and start over with a brand new installation.
If you do have 1Password data on your iMac that is needed, we'll do some further troubleshooting.

I thought they were synced and all the same? I know on my MacAir I have 323 items, so the only way to check would be to sit side by side and look at them..........I dont want to do that. I can erase and start from scratch as I know the important ones are on this MacAir so how do I do this? I thought thats what I did when I uninstalled and re-installed on the iMac?

You can disregard, I fixed the issue. Some how my vault was now in my documents folder not in Dropbox as before. Once I moved it back it resolved the issues. Thanks
