I haven't forgotten my master password. It just won't work. I haven't misspelt it, my caps lock was turned off as it should be, I've tried every possible thing I can think of and the only thing I can come up with is that it just won't work. I know this sounds stupid, but it's all I can deduce. i enter my master password multiple times EVERYDAY, I don't see how on earth I could be doing anything wrong. Is this a known bug? Or am I just an idiot?

    There are some tips in this knowledge base article which may help you.

    If not, do you sync your 1P for Mac to an iOS device and have you recently changed the master password on either? As a final thought, you might try typing your master password in a note in plain text and then copying and pasting it in to 1P just to see if that works. (I'm not doubting your ability to type it correctly but that should prove conclusively that what you think is your master password is not what 1P considers to be your master password—and we can then work out how to take it from there.)

    Hey Stephen,

    I actually just managed to unlock my vault. I entered my password without using any caps and somehow that unlocked it. It's beyond me how that worked, but I'm just glad it did.
