Specific login item not working correctly

    I recently added a credit card to my chase account. When I log in I get an error stating that the password or username is incorrect. If I enter both manually (using either "copy" from the open/edited 1PW login or if I enter the username and PW manually it then logs me in. My other, older login works just fine with my other Chase CC. Help!

    Hi @raynjo, welcome to the forums! :)

    I moved your message to a new thread since it's different than the subject of the older discussion.

    If you can sing into that site by copying/pasting your information into the login form, it sounds like you just need to manually save a new Login item by following the steps here: Saving a Login manually

    Thanks Drew. What you suggested worked. I am having other "unusual" problems. Today I logged into another account and there were 3 additional logins listed when I clicked on the 1Password symbol. None of them were good. I wound up deleting all of them and was left with the original login which worked fine. What is going on with 1Password? I never had problems like these before the last big update.

    I'm really happy to hear that @Drew_AG‌ 's suggestion helped. So on behalf of Drew, Thank you :smiley:

    Your second issue - Having two other Logins that weren't good - might have been caused by saving Logins as new ones instead of updating existing ones (see the screenshot bellow). Do you think that this is the cause of the problem?
