Do most of these (or even some of them) apply to iPhone/Pad

Do all of the great information you provide for the Macs and the 1Password applies only to Macs or do they also spill over to my interaction with my iPhone 6 and iPad Air 1?

I'm not sure of the exact question you're asking but am assuming you're using 1P5 and asking about sync of data between 1P on your Mac ad 1P on your phone. If that's the case here's a link to the iOS manual on synchronising data.

There is of course also the 1P for iOS forum for any questions related to 1P for iOS alone.

I have a feeling I may have completely misunderstood your question so, if I have, please post again.

Thanks Stephen! I have the two most recent versions of 1Password installed on my Mac, iPhone and IPad.

If I enter or create a sign in or website on my 1P for Mac would it automatically show up on my iPhone's 1P after a sync........and vice versa? Conversely, is most of the advice given for 1P for Mac apply in some or most cases to similar actions or problems with the 1P for IOS?

Yes, that is the general idea. There are occasional hiccups with sync from time to time but if you ever meet with any of them just post here with details and someone will help. Sync is bi-directional. Anything you update on one device should appear on the other when you sync.

Conversely, is most of the advice given for 1P for Mac apply in some or most cases to similar actions or problems with the 1P for IOS?

That's a little more tricky—partly because iOS is a different beast to OS X and iOS apps have to work in the iOS sandboxed environment (which makes it trickier for 1P, for example, to interact with other iOS apps). Generally, I'd recommend a quick look at the relevant manuals and knowledge base articles here. You'll soon understand the differences between 1P for Mac and 1P for iOS. However, if you have any other specific questions please post again.

Hi @joema9010‌ Stephen_C seems to have been taking pretty good care of you. As always he's quite right, iOS and OS X are very different in almost every way. One great example is prior to iOS 8 there was no browser extension for 1Password for iOS as iOS simply didn't allow it.

Ignoring the platform specific restrictions there are differences between the platforms when it comes to 1Password. The goal is homogeneity in the feature sets over the various platforms but we're not there just yet.

If you have any questions do please ask.

You guys are good at what you do and I hope these very complete answers to my questions are helpful to other folks. I have never found a more comprehensive, faster response team as the one you monitor and manage.i balked at first at the price of the 1P for Mac but the type of support and professional help you provide puts you up there in a compete new category for customer support.
